Basically all digital currencies are in fact �online payment systems� allowing you to transfer instantaneously some value to an individual or a company located anywhere in the world. This transfer could be a simple gift or a payment for an object or a service that you want to get.

After you make the bank wire, we will receive your payment within anywhere between 1 and 6 business days (depending on your bank and connection with our banks). In general, bank wires from within Asia take 1 to 2 business days, bank wires from outside Asia take 2 to 5 business days. Please note that if you make the bank wire after 2pm on a business day, it won�t be processed by your bank until the following business day, so you need to add one day to the timeframe (same for weekends and holidays). Once we receive your bank wire, it is processed by us on the same business day, or within 24hrs. You may be asked for verification, if your overall exchanged amount (no matter in how many transfers) exceeds 200 EUR/USD. Please do not contact us, if it has not been 5 business days yet, since you made the bank wire.

What bank wire fees are deducted?
Answer:
When making a bank wire, use the �Shared fees (SHA)� option, and you will pay for your bank�s fees only. There are other options like �Beneficiary (receiver) pays all fees (BEN)� and �I (sender) pay for all fees (OUR)�. In the first case, you will not pay your bank any bank wire fees but we will receive the amount you sent reduced by all the fees, which in effect costs more. In the latter case, you will pay all bank fees, and this way you can make sure that we for sure receive the exact amount you sent. We do not charge any bank fees upon receipt, if payment is sent with SHA bank instruction (shared bank fees - you pay your bank fees, we pay our bank fees). Depending on how a bank wire is routed, payments from some countries may attract additional fees charged by correspondent and intermediary banks. Even though our bank does not charge incoming fees, the correspondent bank fees may be deducted before the amount is received.

It has been more than 5 business days, and my order has not been completed, what happened?
Answer:
Please see your order status details in the �specific enquiry� section. You may have been asked for identity verification. If the status of your order is �payment not received, waiting�, something went wrong. The most frequent reason is that you made a mistake while submitting the bank wire. Please check the following � that Beneficiary name in your bank wire was according to email.�, you had the correct bank account number, SWIFT code, bank name and message for recipient (payment info). If the message for recipient (payment info) in your bank wire is missing or is incorrect we may not be able to identify your payment or complete your transaction and you need to contact us. We are aware that some banks, even though you submitted the correct message for recipient (payment info), change it to something general (reference number) or even leave the field for payment info blank. In such case, there may be a problem with your payment, please contact us using your order number and e-currency account number in the specific enquiries section. If all the details in your bank wire were correct, it is possible that some correspondent bank refused to make the transfer (this happens seldomly). Either way, if payment is not delivered to us within 10 days, it will return back to your bank/bank account, and you need to contact your bank. It does not ever happen that a bank wire would get lost, it is either delivered to us, or it returns back to you within 2 to 3 weeks.

I made a mistake in my e-currency account number, what can I do?
Answer:
If your order has not been completed yet, please contact us immediatelly (use your order number in the specific enquiries section)! If your order has already been completed then your payment may have been submitted to the incorrect account number. You have been notified while making your order that e-currency payments are irreversible and that we are unable to recover the funds in such cases. You will need to contact the e-currency provider (libertyreserve.com) directly as there is nothing we can do about this from our side.
